| Training | One-day Awareness Capacity-Building session on Outcome-Based Education (OBE), Review for Institutional Program Effectiveness (RIPE), and Program Review for Effectiveness and Enhancement (PREE) was organized by QA & NIO Directorate at NUST CIPS Seminar Hall, H-12, Islamabad on 02 June, 2026. Dr. Imran Ullah Khan Marwat, Director Quality Assurance, Higher Education Department (HED), KPK Peshawar, was invited as an External Trainer for the said activity. | Workshop | One-day Awareness Training Workshop on Programme Review for Effectiveness and Enhancement (PREE) and Mapping of PLOs with CLOs was organized by QA & NIO Directorate at NUST CIPS Seminar Hall, H-12, Islamabad on 22 December, 2025. Mr. Basharat Hameed, Director Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness, Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore, was invited as Resource Person for the said activity. | Mock GPR Visit | A Mock Graduate Program Review (GPR) Visit – 2025 was organized for all NUST Schools / Colleges on 1st December, 2025 by an external expert. The team included following members:

| National Summit | Dir QA & NIO, DDQA (SA), DDQA (AA) and QA Dte Officials participated in the National Summit on Transforming Higher Education: Shaping the Future of Online and Distance Learning, organized by QAA–HEC Pakistan with support from the European Union, IBA Sukkur, and RAPID on September 29, 2025. The summit highlighted how online and distance learning can expand access, ensure quality, and future-proof higher education in Pakistan.
