Symposium The NUST Institute of Policy Studies (NIPS) organized the Islamabad Symposium 2025 on “Balancing the Relationship between Global North & Global South: Challenges & Opportunities.” on October 15–16, 2025 at Jinnah Auditorium. Seminar “Sixth China-Pakistan Young Workers’ Seminar Camp” was held in Beijing and Chengdu from 14 to 18 October, 2024 and was attended by Professor Dr. Awais M. Kamboh, Director QA & NIO, Main Office, NUST (QA & NIO Dte). 14 to 18 Oct-24 Beijing and Chengdu, China
Visit NUST QA & NIO Dte was organized Two (02) days visit of Univ of Utah Team for NUST Connect Ed under HESSA Project from 20th to 21st Nov, 2024 at Central Library, NUST H-12, Islamabad. Dr. Deborah Keyek-Franssen, Associate Vice President and Dean for University Connected Learning at the University of Utah, and Ms. Chante Wilson, in the capacity of the lead instructor for the Higher Education System Strengthening Activity (HESSA) Team Project. During their visit, they will release the playbook that was developed during the project, and will also present NUST ConnectEd along with NUST team to about 100 NUST faculty members. 20 to 21 Nov, 24 Central Library, NUST H-12, Islamabad
Meeting
An online meeting was organized by NUST Acad Dte on 27 Dec 2024. The session chaired by Pro Rector (Acad) Prof. Dr. Osman Hasan, was held with Dr. Bakhtiyar Badalov, Director of International Affairs, Azerbaijan University, to discuss the University’s Rankings System.
